  • Hey Michael, thanks for the quick response.

Gave this a shot. It works in the fact that I get my particles condensed into a smaller point. However, it changes the position of all of my particles, and does not allow the motion path to stay in tact, due to how I have to make the particles flow. They are on a curved path. If it was a straight shot, I might be able to fake it, but I can’t unfortunately.

I’ve tried uploading a video but apparently the moderators haven’t approved it yet… I’m moving on with my hand animated version rather than trying to get Particular to do it…

I’m testing the Blackmagic Intensity Pro on a brand new machine built on an Asus P6T Deluxe V2 board. Running Vista64, I’ve installed the latest drivers for the Intensity, the latest BIOS for the motherboard, and updated Adobe Premier to 4.0.1 (for Blackmagic compatibility). So far, I’ve only gotten audio from the capture (capturing through Component Video at standard def, 16×9) Did you guys do anything special settings-wise to get it to capture the video correctly? I’m only getting black.

Just to confirm, I also have mine plugged into the PCIe x1 port on the board, and audio is coming in through the card perfectly.
