Responsibilities:
The Service Delivery Manager will ensure that the service delivered to GSD's Customers and users meets expected KPIs.
This position plays a critical role in Incident, Event and Request Management as outlined by Global IT's ITSM. The SDM will participate in Problem Management as requested by the Problem Manager
This person acts as shift manager for shifts assigned, works with GSD management on reporting, participates in improvement projects, measures and improves customer satisfaction and other duties as assigned.
Achievements:
Gained the Customer Pacesetter Award twice during one year.
Participated in successful new technology implementations (e.g. CRM On Demand environment)
