alright guys, im an idiot. the 3d assistant plugs by digital anarchy dont show up anywhere in the effects menus of after effects, only in the “window” menu. weird, but ok. i was searching and looking in the effect drop downs. thanks for the replies

Yeah, it just says to choose the correct install folder which is where they are. I just didnt know if there was some other secret place to have them or a “rescan” for plugins feature or something.
