Thanks for the help: The rate change did help remove the random red flashes (frames) after rendering.

The entires project is 76 minutes long and has various source materials. This clip exhibits the red flashes after rendering. These flashes are seen both after rendering and viewing in the timeline as well as when output to file or dvd.

Any suggestions? 🙂
