Its recent to about 2 weeks (since re-format of OS). I actually noticed I had the same problem on the effect glint whilst sometimes when re-opening sony vegas the problem was completely gone, but then returns and goes. I don’t have a clue what it is and i doubt there is much we can do about it.

BTW this is sony vegas pro 9 and these issues have only surfaced after about a month of editing with the software.
