Certainly, in Edit>Preferences>Memory and Cache>Maximum Ram Cache Size = 100%

It was originally set to 60% for me, and after pushing it up to 100%, it did allow my entire timeline to be rendered in Ram Preview.

yeah, people making you out to be an idiot certainly isn’t very helpful. At any rate, I had to increase the memory consumption from 60% to 100%.
