Many thanks Walter,
so, if I’ve rightly understand these are two alternatives?
I mean, you can use Opacity on the duplicated layer OR you can use CC Composite effect? -
Hi D,
It is something I already know (accurate color matching…).
Okay, many thanks! -

February 11, 2016 at 1:08 pm in reply to: How to create a trail of stars under a flying carpet…?BUT:If you already have 3D tracked nulls, I would think you could average the nulls' positions for the Particular emitter 3D position and then calculate the angle (if needed) from two (or four) corners' positions.
Yes, this is my case.
I copied the Position of my Null (it is the centre of the carpet track imported from Cinema 4D) to the Position of the solid Layer on which I applied Particular. But when the carpet rotates (It is taking off, rotating on itself), the emitter can’t to maintain the correct shape… I doesn’t rotate as it should, shortly as e 3d particle. -

February 11, 2016 at 10:28 am in reply to: How to create a trail of stars under a flying carpet…?Hi Kalle,
many thanks for you reply.
I don’t need to tracker anything, cause I have perfect tracks of the corner of carpet imported from Cinema 4D.
What I didn’t understand about what you say is how to create and use a sold mask… please, may you be more specific?THX!

Basically, an easier workflow for my issues could be:
1 – Convert sRGB Footage in Pro Res;
2 – Import in Davinci for a Primary CC and export the same Pro Res video Color Corrected (CC);
3 – Import Pro Res CC in After Effect and/or Nuke (and create Sequence for compositing issue) and export again in Pro Res;
4 – Import “composited” Pro Res CC again in Davinci for Grading;
5 – Export final format (for me Prop Res would be great to work in Premiere Pro).What do you thing about?

Okay Tero,
so, if I have rightly understand, basically is not important in which format I import the footage in Davinci. -

January 23, 2016 at 9:29 am in reply to: How to create a spaceship engine fire in AE (Optical Flares, Particular,…)But now I have another problem…
I linked (via tracking) two flares (Videocopilot Optical Flares) to a 3d rendered image. When the flares facing Camera it all okay:But when the image continue rotating… flares are not obscured from the image…
I tried to insert a layer with of the 3d render (with alpha, of course) to mask (obscure) the flare, but it doesn’t work…
So, how can I resolve it?
