Lacie sucks! Macgurus is what you want. Cheaper, tougher, not Lacie. Lacies do not last very long imho.

Hey, I just got a lightning quick esata setup from Macgurus.com $2000 for a five bay 3.7tb tower. I dont think you can beat that anywhere. Unless you build your own. This thing is freaking fast in raid 0.

You dont need to do an offline. FW 800 can easily handle dvcprohd.
