ok lets say i cut him using masks or even shoot infront of a green screen and key him out
then what can u describe the proces in PI pls -

ive kind of tried it and it looks preety good
one question that im not sure if its he right way
this is what i do:
i use the BG of the fade out
then i put the emitter as make area then use mask and choose
the frame of the guy with alpha
lets say its from frame 35 i then play the animation and start the effect
at frame 35 so it matches the frame i exported
is this the right way?
p.s is there an emitter already that look good with this effect or u created one
by yourself?

Thanx for your reply aharon now its clear but one more question about it
i saw one time on TV that they render out a video of the model as black and white of the model and shadow or just a video of the shadow on the ground and then they have three layers :
one of the video with no shadow
one of only the shadow alpha channel
one of only the shadow with color
any idea about it?
