I just upgraded and just ran into this. It’s very annoying, but nice to know I’m not the only one.

Just to update. I’ve tried exporting an actual quicktime file of my sequence, then converting that- and I got the same results.
I also tried exporting directly from the FCP sequence through Compressor and, again, got the same results…
Anyone have any ideas?
