So after some research I found this one out myself but I found the answer in this forum, obviously ????
Excalibur did not do the trick, this time (maybe I overlooked it?).
I went with vegasaur and the function I was looking for was Close Gaps.

Thanks a lot for this great community helping each other with a really mediocre software ????
