Hey Frankie, I was also looking for this setting and came across your message.

You probably won’t be needing this anymore, but the setting can be found in Preferences -> Editing -> Preserve pitch when stretching audio events.

Just uncheck this and all new media that you add to the timeline (won’t work for media that you already have on the timeline) and stretch will already be set to “Lock to Stretch”.
