That’s true and it works for me, but what did not work using this Method is slowing down or stopping the Timecode and thats what I wanted to do.

In Previous Versions it was possible by simply adding a Timecode via Event-FX. You can find tons of Tutorials with this Method online.

The Timer in this file works, but when I open the Event-FX Window I only can see the Cookie Cutter FX, there’s no timecode.

Was this file created with an earlier version of Sony Vegas?
