    I appreciate your fast response. Thanks for confirming my thoughts after I spent nearly 3 hours reading up on this to no avail. At least now I can tell my boss I did my homework.

    8 months later, is it possible NOW to export an avid MC 5.5 sequence to an SXS card?? If not, what solutions are possible in a broadcast environment where they have an EVS?
