Thanks Shane. Would you be able to point me towards any quick tutorials to achieve this in Color? Never used it before.

    Thanks again.

Thanks lads. Scott, they will host in themselves so I’m just going to send it to them via wetransfer as they are based in Italy and I’m in Ireland. I asked their IT dept and they hadn’t got a clue.

Thanks Dave. I find fcp sometimes crashes when you go from fcp to compressor so I might just export as normal and then bring it in as normal!

Thanks to everyone for the help!

Thanks Mark. Not sure they are using, I know it’s not a dedicated editor, there just trying to save money. There is only about an hour of footage.

Do I just export and then choose prores from the drop down menu?

  • Thanks Jon. I’ll get on to them right away.

  • Ever find a solution to this Jon? I have the exact same problem with very important footage. Anyone?

Thats a great idea, thanks. How do I create a multicam clips if I have big gaps in some of the tracks? It doesnt seem to work even though I synced everything up at the start?

Would it not look better to do the timelapse in camera rather than just speeding it up in post after?

Thanks JS. The camera wont actually be stopped or manned for the four hours of filming. It will be just left recording in timelapse mode. I suppose Im just trying to find out what will look best for the time frame involved.

    Thanks.
