I have am basically in the same boat. I’m new to Compressor, so I’ll have to jump into it. Is there a reference book I should look into for more information about Compression Best Practices?

It would truly help to know why the bit rate affects video. When is too high of Keyframes too high?

I’d really like to get the most out of my video and maintain the size of the image (and the aspect ratio). So far your post about changing it to 576 x 324 is a HUGE help though I’m ashamed I’m using Quicktime Compressor to do it. SHAME SHAME I guess.
