Sorted the problem. For people who run into this problem,
copy the footage back to the FS100 hdd into the folder with the long code.
Then in the settings in the hdd, click organise hdd and also repaired hdd.
Then connect to pc and import straight into premiere from the hdd.
Worked for me anyway.

I tried the media browser and even made the directory strucutre using a tutorial I found and tried it that way but it didn’t work. My friend suggested copying the footage back to the external hdd and using the repair option apparently there. I’m gonna try that tomorrow and hope for the best.

Problem is I copied the entire folder of the hdd to my pc and I have had to format the hdd because of intense filming these last few weeks. I assumed it was fine because it played on the camera with sound great. I will try to use the media browser though directed to the folder.
