Your absolute (“hands down”) best solution is going to be the chrosziel solution for the DVX100/100A see: https://www.16x9inc.com/cgibin/eDatCat/169store.cgi?user_action=detail&catalogno=AC-411-53-DVX It comes ready to accomdate the anamorphic adapter (which you will eventually want to incorporate), as well as the stock lens set up. Expensive, yes, but worth every penny. I would suggest you call 16×9 (or B&H) and discuss it with them before making your final decision. BTW, Cavision does not make a box that works with the anamorphic adapter for the DVX (I spoke with them on the issue).
