Thanks for getting back to me, but I’m afraid my level is already at 3.1 🙁

At the minute I have a video that is originally 720×576, which I am exporting as h.264 widescreen youtube SD, with the level set to 3.1.

In youtube its only coming up as 240p….which isn’t great to be honest.

Another small issue I have (on the prem pro side of things) is that it seems to be producing a thin black letter box on the top and bottom of the exported video. It’s not in the original. The black bars aren’t huge though, only a few pixels on the top and bottom….

Lads, thanks a million.. I can’t believe I didn’t see the youtube preset!

One thing though, when it’s up on youtube the resolution is set to 240p and there’s no option to go 360. Any idea why this is happening? There seems to be a serious drop in quality from the video I bounce from CS5 to the video I view on youtube. Any ideas?

Also, assuming I didn’t mind waiting for an .avi to upload, would there be any advantage in going with that format?

Basically, I need to get this video up at the highest possible quality I can, because a lot of people will be looking at it and once the video is launched, I won’t be able to take it down. It’s gotta be widescreen and I’ve got 720×576 pixels. When I use the H.264 youtube SD widescreen setting, and uploading that, it doesn’t give me a great result at all…

Any help at all lads and you’ll be removing an awful lot of stress from me!
