My apologies. My mac user account went corrupt a few days ago and forced me to wipe the HD and reinstall everything. I’ve spent the weekend recovering and am nearly back. I may have lost the log in the process of recovering with Time Machine. I will reinstall WooWave, try again and report back to you.
BTW, In the process of recovering, I upgraded from Mac OS 10.6.8 to 10.8.2 Mountain Lion. I’m noticing significantly better performance overall and perhaps this will fix my issue. If not I will send you a log. Thanks for your help and patience.

I am. I’ve only done a little work with it so far so I’m still learning it. The controls take a bit of getting used to. It seems great for quick fixes and you can quickly get some nice looks. The shape mask is pretty cool. For more complex grades, I would probably go with something that has color wheels. I think you can download a free trial if you want to check it out.

Hi Igor,
I just tested the latest version of WooWave on a very simple sync problem — two DV cameras each shooting one hour of material. WooWave hangs every time. Here’s the crash report:

I wasn’t impressed with the title tool when I first looked at it, but lately I’ve found it pretty useful — only not for titles. The pen and and various shape tools are a pretty handy way to generate custom mattes.
For titling, I’ve been using Titler Pro from NewBlueFX. It’s very powerful and works on all platforms. I really like it. Free demo if you want to check it out.

Really. It’s easy! Here’s what you do —
1) Navigate to the Premiere Pro application in the finder.
2) Control-click on the application and select “Show package contents”
3) In the window that opens, navigate to Contents/Settings/Cursor
4) The Cursor directory contains all the cursor image files. Note how they are all .pngs
5) Save a backup copy of the Cursor directory
6) Edit the cursor image files in Photoshop any way you like!!!That’s it. For extra credit you can edit the x2 versions for the retina display as well.
On thing I noticed is that the cursors have translucent edges. If that’s important to you, make a green layer behind the image layer in Photoshop so you can see the edge while you’re editing, then delete the layer before you save.
Be sure to back up the originals before you start tweaking.
