I got a hold of Nero7 which did the trick. Thank you for your patience and intuitive thinking. My editing program seems to be working normally, so perhaps they fixed the issues (yeah, right) with Nero7??

The answer is “C”, copy a data file to a disk. I have my files in a folder, I highlighted each file, clicked copy file under “file and folder tasks”, and selected my DVD burner drive “D:” and receive the message “Windows is unable to copy file”.

Thank in advance for your help–Clearly I must be doing something very wrong.

One more question (I hope)–I now have the M2t file extension on the clips–is this a true Mpeg2 file? Also, when I go to copy the files to a disc, the message says it is unable to copy the file? Help.

I saved as “render as” and used the Mpeg2 template. I now have one file with an M2T extension 47,130KB and another file with a M2T.SFL extension. Is this what I want?

Thanks for your help by the way.
