I tried also to format and install the new premiere cs3, but i get always the same problems

Solutions? For more informations I tried Gspot, and this is what i got.

I’m not using any card, just with the firewire cable. And I’m running Zone Alarm and AVG antivirus.
The version is premiere pro 2.0 and none of the trimmed avi can be opened.
