Brad, thanks for the input.
I want to stylize a text object in Illustrator, then when I import the text object into Indesign, I want the stylized text to show up in Indesign as I created it in Illustrator.

We make a master layout in Illustrator, which is our “main” software package. When we have 2-200 names to be input into the master layout, we do that in Indesign with it’s multi-page feature, sort of automating the process of inputting a different name into a static paragraph of text.

I just installed Vegas Pro 8 on my F drive. I downloaded the plug-in for Thought Equity Motion found on the Vegas installation disk.
When in Vegas, I go to Tools:Scripts: Thought Motion etc. and get the following error:

Sony Vegas Pro 8.0
An error occured during execution of the script C:/Documents and Settings/Vidmaster/My Documents/Vegas Script Menu/MotionSearch.dll.

Exception thrown by method called

I then click OK or Details>>

I am a registered user of Thought Equity Motion, just cannot get it to work thru Vegas.

Please help.

I just burned a 1.5 hour video in Premiere Elements 4, and it took two and one-half DAYS! But it sure looks great!
I have dual 3.0 Pentium D’s, 4 gig of ram and plenty of hard disk space.
I downloaded my HDV into P.E.’s 4 and edited it and burned it.
If I remember right, the file size to burn was 17 gig.
I have a LG burner, don’t have the model number, but I believe it burns at 1x, maybe 2x, for HD.
Any ideas why it took so long?
