I don’t understand. Are you having this problem or have you tried the fix I suggested already.

Go to each page of thumbnails,double click on background,Hit “Control A” on your keyboard to show navigation arrows. They should point to the next thumbnail if not make sure you select “auto” in the navigation pane of button properties. (up,down,left,right) should all say auto. This should enable your DVD players remote.Let me know if this works Dave
