Yes we have tried setting everything to a local folder, which they have access to read&write to.
This is with them logged on as their network accounts?
Its still looking to write the plist & preference files to their home areas but scratch disks set to local! Still no luck!

We already have this in operation, wherby they export then go into quicktime.
We really need a definative answer to if you should be able to export as 16:9? Or is this a known bug in FCP 6.0.6.
As our students \ staff only see the quicktime fix as a workaround for now?

Our sequence settings are DV Pal 48Khz Anamorphic
Is this a known issue in Final Cut Pro 6.0.6 or is it something we should be able to solve. We do have a workaround but would love a fix!

Yes we are running Quicktime 7.5 & Quicktime 7.6.4, as we thought it could have been a quicktime issue, but no luck with either?
