Be very careful, but it will be in:
Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components.
In that folder you will find audio plugins.After you force quit you should get a crash report, if you scan it it might reveal the name of the offending plugin

yes it will show not responding, but you still have to click on it and then click the force quit button.
Alternatively you should see a white icon on the doc (which is the same thing) you can control click that and force quit it from there.Do you have any audio 3rd party plugins on your system? In my case it was TrackPlug from WaveArts that was the culprit.

If you force quit the com.apple.audio.infohelper then Final cut will open immediately after.
you likely have audio plugin(a) that are causing it. See if you can delete them
