1-Improve stability. BOTH Vegas 12 & 13 (& #10)often crash during 10 hour+ blu ray renders. It sometimes require DAYS to be successful. And this is on a HP z800 with dual quadcores and 72GB ram. I finally built fresh computers with fresh Win 7 pro and driver updates with lots of ram & ssds. I now have perhaps 20 to 25% render to bluray success.

2-support modern graphic cards for rendering improvements. 14 hours to render a 2 hour bluray on a computer like above is very poor. (graphic cards tried include several differend NVidia quadro like quadro 2000 for example. Minimal improvement if any. I loath ATI cards due to unstable drivers which when combined with #1 severely increases stress levels. I have built two different machines with fresh loads of windows 7 pro, 16-64 GB ram, SSD drives and various video cards (mostly NVidia for stability). some with antivirus, some without. Typical 2 hour 2K blueray takes 10-14 hours which is one attempt a day. sometimes I can do two if it crashes soon enough.

2b- look at Handbrake for fast rendering & transcoding ability

3-once #1 & #2 fixed, then support 4K to bluray disks
