So for the users that are still having problems with this, the simple way is to delete the GUI’s preferences, so the user can start from clean. This isn’t too painful since there are hardly any settings, because the Switcher keeps the rest of the setup.
On Mac:
Delete these files
(user’s home folder)/Library/Preferences/com.blackmagic-design.ATEM Software Control.plist
(user’s home folder)/Library/Preferences/com.blackmagic-design.ATEM Software Control.plist.lockfile
On Windows:
Use regedit.exe to delete this and its contents from the Windows Registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Blackmagic Design/ATEM Software Control
