I had 2 Sony Vegas’ running at the same time, one had an intro, and the other had the main material for my project, I was trying to bring the intro into the main part of my film but I didn’t know how it would work out with the amount of video and audio tracks I had. Hope you understand me :S

Ah I see silly me, I found the 64 bit codec and it works just fine. Thanks.

Yeah eSATA.
2 of the Seagate drives lasted 3-4 months each, and the 3rd Seagate drive only lasted a week, they were all the same models.
The Samsung Drive lasted about 2 months.
