I had my preview set to “Best” and “Full” which was eating up a lot of resources. Set that to “draft” and it seemed to do the trick.

Thanks JR. I might try that next time. Do you know if there is a way to find the frame position within clips as opposed to the overall frame position on the timeline? It seems to me that this must be possible, I just can’t find it.
