    hi. i have tried the process you mentioned above to setup the preview on an external monitor. but it doesn’t show the option for WINDOWS SECONDARY DISPLAY in the preview settings.
    I have an hp elitebook with an Nvidia Quadro FX 880M.
    I have connected a 22 inch lcd monitor connected as an external display through VGA port.
