Not the same thing, but MPEG Streamclip doesn’t handle TS files and, I don’t know why, MP4 neither.
Just for you know, I’m using Windows 10.

It’s an Iphone video, so it’s 320 x 568.

I tried Adobe Media Encoder, does the same thing as Adobe Premiere. The video has 5 minutes and in some way both programs import it with 15 minutes.

Yeah, me too, but Periscope just give me TS option when I download the videos.
I tried to convert them with some softwares, but they don’t keep the aspect ratio of the videos. Can you tell some that would?
