180 timelines are far too much – DVD spec is quite clear. it could contain 99 tracks or stories (which are nearly the same as tracks).

you need to reduce the number of your tracks!

a BD single layer has 25.000.000 bytes, which are in fact 23.307GB, so if you have 25.75GB content, this is to much.

same with BD DL – it´s got 50.000.000 bytes space which are 46.613GB.

encore-discspace-calculation has a bug as you see – misscalculating the disc-space, this is a known bug for a long time.

I would say – there´s not enough disc space on your harddisc to multiplex. might that be possible?

you couldn´t give less informations on your project.

what is you sequenz-codec? what framerate? size? what is the original-codec of your footage?

how did you implement the subtitle into the DVD? using DVD Studio Pro with STL-text?

or did you use FCP-text-tool and render out the text “burned in” into your final video?

could you please upload your menu-PSD, so I could have a look at it?! I guess your problem is that IG-graphics could only be 8bit – 256colors.

and: encore has only a bad pallette-calculation, in that reason you might need to reduce the saturation of your buttons+graphics that wil be within the menus.

other problem is that encore handle the graphics like a button-overlay which is used within DVD-authoring – bad idea!

have you got the demo-version or did you buy a licence? – I´m quite sure that the demo-version of IG-editor has no import-option for PSD-files.

if you have the regular version of it there are two possibilities within your menu>file:

– import scenarist formatted PSD
– import dostudio formatted PSD

I´ve totally forgot my very favorit program blustreak tracer. with blustreak it´s very simple to change the button-command to popup menu off 🙂
