Indeed, but in my case, i do have keyframes before and after the one i’m trying to set.

When i look at the result in graph editor, i see the keyframe with a correct easeIn, the easeOut is flat (speed = 0), but its influence is good (length between current keyframe and the next one is ok)

I actually implemented this for xPosition, yPosition and rotation, which are 1D properties, unlike scale which is 2/3D and it works well.

Only speed from outgoing tangents can’t be set, which is weird.
