As it is a short commercial, i think I will export from fcp in a sequece to work on it in AE.

Thank you for the response.
To make things clear:
– audio plays at a normal rate
– Video plays slower ( around, but faster than half speed)
– The info panel displays:Real Time
– The audio is actually from the quicktime clip itself (DVcam footage I generally work with).
– Different resolutions or number of omitted frames do not have an influence on the outofsync outcome.
– It does it with other audio formats, it does it with any project that has worked before in this very machine.
– The same problem works OK inanother machine.
