<p>The MP4 feature described here is just allowing the upload of that file type through the firewall, without having to zip. It&#8217;s not a player.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s easy to forget that we had not had a built in player in the old COW for years. We&#8217;d turned it off in 2011, I think. In those days, we were getting so many takedown notices for videos with&hellip;</p>

We&#8217;ve supported .zip files for ages, but after a number of requests from members using After Effects and Cinema 4D, we implemented direct .aep and .c4d file upload &#8212; no need to zip first. They&#8217;re telling us it&#8217;s working well!</p>

The somewhat exasperating news is that even though I&#8217;ve checked &#8220;do not scale&#8221;, there is a very slight rescaling. I think I can live with this, though! </p>
<p>I do encourage other folks to check this out with their large images, including cover images for their member profiles. MUCH better!</p>
