    Thanks for that. I’ve heard a little about the puppet and thought that sounded like a possibility. Time to learn a new tool I think 😉

    Thanks for the advice.

    This is how I have done things so far.

    -Export video with text as uncompressed avi, import to premiere to tweak editing, export from premiere (CS3) into Encore with it’s default settings.

    A couple of problems I may have hit by reading a bit further into what I dont like could be:

    -I need to make the text a touch bigger. I have checked it on a few TVs. Most it looks ok on by an old widescreen it is quite difficult to read.

    -The text is white and needs to be “dulled” slightly for TVs. It’s white text (it’s white text on dark images.

    I’ve never tried putting something on DVD before so I’m feeling along as I go.

    The text does look better a couple of points larger and I think will do for this job.
