Thanks for your response,
I think i may have found my problem, but not its cure!
If i remove my Blackmagic Intesity Shuttle ( USB3 conectivity ) all works perfectly, of course this is my hdmi monitoring so Humm !
I will look into possible usb 3 piority issues on my computer,
Once again any possible fix ideas would be most welcome
