    Sorry I also meant you can also change the settings for the individual clips or take the metadata from the camera

    Hello,

    If you set the Cinema DNG settings in config>source nothing will happen.

    If you right click the clip in the timeline and click edit Cinema DNG settings you can then manipulate the settings for the clip, if you select project it will add the settings you changed in config>source as well as individual clips and metadata from the camera.

    It’s not out yet but have you had a look at the Baselight plugin that is coming for Nuke?

    Understand the real time element but as Nuke does seem more of the tool of the job and you know it, it could be a helping factor.

    Because I work at a University so need a quick turn around of cards been dumped whilst the cameras go back out and the Mac Book is my own personal one. We have 50 imacs so a solution which can go straight into the machines would be better. The option I have is buying the P2 slots for the g5s.

    Other option could be a small cheap PC with a slot for the P2 cards, think Acer do one.
