    Ps. the only work around is to go through every text layer in every composition, create a new text layer, copy paste previous text, then copy all the previous FX onto the new text layer and its fine?!

    Also Nic, the footage frame rate plays a part in the process.
    If you shoot the footage with a 7D @ 60 fps you’ll get a much smoother result. Than you would with it @ 25 fps.
