it has cleaned up some but it happens in preview. some of it was because it was in 32 bit floating.

I rendered a large file 1080p 7min / 430mb. after that my previews are freezing up when I try to animate and effect text. Even just standard (Fly in, Coming at you, etc.) it happens even when that is the only video or audio track.
