If you mean the flashes of light right at 34, you could put a orange solid over your footage. Lower the opacity, then play with the transfer mode. Maybe color dodge, but that’s just a guess. Then to add to it, you could add a peach colored solid that’s masked into a different shape. After that it would just be a matter of adding keyframes for the opacity and maybe some movement with motion blur.

With those you can just put then over your footage and again maybe play with the transfer mode and opacity.
