Digital Rapids oem cards, are still using a genesis chip,
the Faroudja (DCDi) “Genesis display perfection” gm6015-lf,
in order to deinterlace and upscale.
….This faroudja chip was made in 2002.

The Digital Rapids oem cards are quite expensive,
and I think that today in 2010 soon 2011 they could at least,
use better and newer chip from HQV or Anchor Bay.

    For exemple the DRC-STREAM 500 cost 895$,
and the right price should be 395$ instead !
