Others are having the same problem, some think FB has changed their compression plugin. Although photos do not seem to be affected. I found the Facebook high/low quality selection only using low and I have sent fault to FB.

Thanks for the reply. I cant understand why other programs are not having this problem. I hope there is a solution.
