I too have had that issue. Personally I found it to be because of key framing opacity (effectively fading in and out of video clips).

This is so close to fixing my problem, I can feel it. I am new to Motion and so am not very well experienced.
Where is the “Delete Project Render Files”? I have looked all over the place but can’t find it!!! I have just been using the share option without rendering (also couldnt find that either), originally it worked fine and I could export it as many time as I like, but it would appear as soon ass I have added a few effects, it wont export.
My deadline is 3 days away, help would be amazing!!
