Thank you, Skarab. I’m currently doing the “System Restore” and taking my laptop back to factory settings while working on my desktop. There’s no telling what else this guy did to my laptop.

It figures I would get ripped off! Turns out that the guy who put it on this computer installed a Beta version and none of it works on the computer anymore! I found him on Craigslist.org and he’s advertising that he has legitimate programs he has purchased and doesn’t need anymore. I can’t believe I was swindled like that!

What should I do? Contact or adobe or some other authority?

I thought the guy was sketchy, but after checking the program..the guy sold me some sort of beta version that tries to load encore and crashes. I can’t believe it! What should I do? I found this guy on craigslist.org? Thanks for the posts, I was certainly ripped off!

I see on the Adobe.com website that encore isn’t included in the beta version. Should I contact Adobe or some other authority to report this person?

Wow! I didn’t know this! The person had this for sale very cheap on Craigslist and I thought he was sketchy when he couldn’t provide the disk! He he did all the installation himself! Oh my goodness!
