Being honest I believe that colour finesse 3 can do just as much as red giants plugin if not more. I can always tell what footage has magic bullet looks and I like to variation in my colour correction and to actually say that I corrected the footage rather than paying $100 for some lousy preset that half youtube films use.
Yes I was looking for a saving private ryan look but I would expand on it and change some things and after all my scene was similar in setting and genre.

Well this problem is not just after effects, its oneverything. I think its my monitor not displaying it correctly.

Thank you, seems quite similar though im still having a bit of trouble getting the settings right.
Also do you know of any built in plugin in after effects which makes the wavy TV effect?
I have digieffects but its hard to use when their aint many tutorials on it.

Try dragging the file into after effects and not importing it. Because i always do this and it works for me but it could be the problem mentioned above.

Hey i tried what you said but i can’t find that type of blur and i’ve attached a picture of what it looks like. Also i put a mask around it but i dont get what you mean about moving the top points to the bottom and the bottom to the top. Because thats exactly the same as before i hope you can sort something out for me. Thanks

Yes unfortantly its not HD which is a must for me. Also if a its a picture your going to need smoke.
