Well, report it as a bug to Adobe. I don’t know what to tell you.
When you do a RAM preview, make sure you wait for the whole thing to render before watching it. They updated it so it plays what is rendered until it gets to the part that is currently rendering. I doubt that’s your problem, but it was just a last thought. Hopefully Adobe will fix it. I’d ask their Support too.

Well, I don’t know your footage, but it doesn’t sound like that’s a possibility. If it was shot on a greenscreen to key it, you could reshoot it to get a better key. If you need green lights on the talent, use a bluescreen. Wish I had a better suggestion, but I don’t.

Rotoscoping. Your title said no rotoscoping, but your post didn’t mention why you can’t do that. Keying and rotoscoping are different. Rotoscoping is basically keying manually. It take a lot of time and a lot of patience, but it seems like your only option.
You could try keying in multiple sections. Key the head area, key the torso, etc. might work. You could also try the Roto Brush Tool built in AE. But likely you’ll just have to manually rotoscope it.

You could animate one word in the wave motion. Put it in 3d space and have it go in a circle while scaling up then down. Duplicate it a bunch and put them all in a line, duplicate all those and offset their position and timing so that they form the wave. You couldn’t create a braking wave like this, but a simple wave would be fairly easy.

I don’t have any ideas, but things I’d check. Do your comp and sequence have the same framerate? Are the files being interpreted the same way(Right click>modify>audio channels or interpret footage)? Do you have any effects on your audio that would change the length?
Why are you dynamic linking an audio sequence from Premiere to AE?

I’d make a control layer with a slider on it. Create one logo use the wiggle expression on it’s position, but with 0 wiggles per second and the amount linked to the slider. Duplicate that a bunch of times, alt-drag new things into replace the duplicated ones to get a variety of logos. Then put them all where you want and keyframe the slider.
You could do it with Element 3D if you’ve got that. Put all the logos on different planes (simple object) as a texture in the same group, use the logo as the path for the emitter and animate the random displacement.

If your screens are projectors, you could have it cut to the blue screen that says, “No input detected” or whatever it says. Then have it flicker after a second or two, cut to white, black, white again, then “restart” the video.
To emphasize the effect, make there be a small fuzz in the background of your audio that goes away when it cuts to the blue screen so the absence of sound is more apparent.

The mask or path that defines the shape scales with the scale of the object. That seems pretty obvious, but if you copy the path from an object with 200% scale to an object with 100% scale, the new path will be half the size of the other one.
If I were doing what you’re doing, I’d create a solid and put an oval mask (I prefer working with solids over shape layers). Put it where I want it in 3d, then duplicate it once (ctrl + d) and move the second one where I want it to be to start it’s orbit, then parent it to a null where the original oval is. I’d duplicate it un-parent the duplicate from the null and rotate the null 90 degrees (easily done by holding shift) create another duplicated, un-parent that duplicate and rotate it again. Repeat this as necessary until I’ve got 4 ovals around the first one exactly the same distance from the center oval and perfectly evenly spaced. You can obviously change the angle to a smaller number to get more ovals. Then link all the ovals to the null and rotate the null.
I hope that helps. Sorry if it’s more information than you needed.

Then use the null to move the cube and the video together. It might be easier than creating a texture.
