Thank you. Yes, that URL got me what I need. My default browser is Safari. My fear is that some recent changes in Safari have killed something Boris uses.

Got Boris support today. Intelligent assistant is on some of their products as fully supported and others as a demo – but there is no indication on the product disk or documentation telling which you have received. I got BorisFX8 and IA is just a demo, so I wasted hours trying to figure out what the secret code for it was.

Second issue is resolved. I ran a registry search and found the entry Boris uses. Works fine now from my I:/ drive.
