premiere is codec-agnostic.

It works well with whatever you import.

literally smooth as butter.

I’ve used: NXCAM / F35 / RED / ProRes / P2 / XDCAM

It all just works, and very smoothly if you have
a Quadro card and a fast RAID.

The last 4 edit projects I’ve done were all with premiere.
2 of them client supervised. It went really smooth.

I’m very pleased with Premiere and excited about CS 6.

the matrox product is great. I had one of the original MXO boxes in my shop.

you can edit like you can for cs 5.5 to get
non certified cards working.

Good to see DTS can be an audio source, how about PCM surround?

I have mine set for memory.

when you check the two boxes in the new sequence settings about
maximum quality a box comes up saying you should have it set
for memory.

I have a quadro 4000 on my mac pro.

it’s the one made for the mac so it works perfectly
without a hack of course.

there are unsupported ways of making non-list approved cards working
by editing a text file. google that.

if it works great, if not, there’s no support to help you.
